Week 17 - Quinzaine

A quinzaine is 7 syllables on the first line in the form of a statement
and then, in the form of a question, the second and third lines are
5 syllables on the second line and 3 syllables on the third line.  It can be two short
questions or one question that takes up both lower lines.
