Why Do You Write?

Welcome To My Reality Prompt: Why do you write?

I like fantasy and when life gets tough, I like to go to a world where things have a happy ending. I get to write about characters that don't exist but wish most of them did. Writing relaxes me and I escape my problems. Writing challenges the mind and when you write a fictional story, you can say: "I wrote this. This is my creation and masterpiece. If someone else reads I wrote and likes it, I did my job and met my goal." I love to write and it makes me happy.
