Productive

Prompt: What doe the word productive mean or look like to you? How has it shaped your work life? Your personal goals?

Productive. At my job, it means getting my paper work done, passing my Meds and helping the mentally ill people I take care of. Just being there for them. Where I work at, they have a place to live. It isn't an easy job at times but I have to remind myself that it isn't easy for them, either. I help them all I can but sometimes they get demanding and we have to remind them that there are limits. Not having enough staff, the ones who own the facility are making money and that is being productive.

At home, I keep the house clean, bills paid so I guess that is productive. I am there for my family and friends.
