God’s New Day

This is a new day and something new will occur;
Something that will bring war then peace.
Love will win out over hate, and we humans will
Realize we are one. We can stand tall with honor,
As we shall conquer that which tears down.
And we will admire that which is good and pure in life.
We shall build a fortress of goodness and sweetness of life.
It will be an honor to the Master that we shall submit all.
To God almighty shall we kneel and give thanks for that which
We have been given in our lives. The beauty in this world which
God created for us to inhabit. He shall work miracles to bring forth
Peace with His children; black, white, red, yellow, brown we shall
All be equal and worthy to have these gifts from the Master.
Forgiveness being the most precious of His gifts. For we shall all fall
Short of the glory of God, but He forgives and sees value in each of us.
In that new day, the day the Lord made, we shall know peace and equality.
