And An Angel Appeared To Me

I saw as it were a being in a white robe.
I wondered to myself where will it go.
Is it a he or a she, it matters not.
As it turns its back to me, I see wings! And I am shocked.

An angel it is, has come down to me
I say thank you Lord, and fall to my knees.
I am pleased to say that I’ve said my prayers,
I have God in my heart, and for the devil I don’t care.
