And the world falls asleep
Lying down upon thousands and thousands grains of sand
Peaceful smile plastered on every faces
Only silence remains awake
And only silence knows the truth

Never-ending battles and everlasting war
One by one the light faded away
Hatreds bloomed into vengeances
There were only sorrow and despair

The sky was no longer the same color
Bluey grey, smokes clouded the air
And down fell the rain
Of crimson blood and pain

They cried. We all cried.
Those tears were blown away by the wind
Time passed on, the world moved on
But our hearts could not carry on

And so we fell into a deep slumber
Away from the cruelty of the world
Taking comfort in the darkness
Those precious memories that were once here
