In these pages I'll offer various menu's that are home cooked and kitchen tested. Most of the menu's I'll offer are prepared for family style dinning or buffet style home service. I'll offer some traditional Cajun recipes (REAL CAJUN recipes - NOTHING LIKE EMERIL who once cooked for a famous restaurant in New Orleans). I am willing to share the various recipes and menu plans, but in reality I'm writing this down to develop a family cookbook JUST CAUSE I WANT TO... a cookbook like I'd have like to have found when I first got married...
