A poem about a famous boy and a struggling girl falling for each other& "Never say never" |
| There's this boy, I don't dare say his name. They all scream for him, Hoping for his fame. Then there's me, Going blind without purpose. I'm a sapling, a tree, Fighting to prove I'm not worthless. There's this boy, They scream for his fame. The fortune's not what holds me. His heart and his eyes put me to shame. Then there's me, All in wonder and woe. I dance with Love in the dark as I wonder, Friend or foe? In the end there was us, Holding onto Forever. We are Defiance as we lie there, Our eyes silently shouting, "Never say never." |
