What matters most is knowin' a good crew
Because most people don't really want you to be you
Employers just want a cog in their machine
Just act like a robot and aim to please
But don't be creative or step out of the box
Don't do anything special or they send you for a walk
A permanent vacation if you don't follow the crowd
And stick to the checklist of what's actually allowed
So don't you dare question us
