Just a simple love poem. |
| I found my Love among the flowers, The most handsome one I picked and smelled. My Love's smell was overwhelming, And I could not take my nose away. The beauty of his petals I gently kissed, So as not to spoil their beauty. I found my Love among the grapes, The plumpest one I picked for tasting. My Love's taste was divine, I savored it with my tongue. Every drop of my Love I cherished, And used for the nourishment of my heart. I found my Love among the horses, His fine beauty standing out midst the others. His coat glistened in the sunlight, The tint blinding my eyes with admiration. I watched my Love move about the pasture, His movements graced with elegance. I found my Love among men, His eyes deep and understanding. His gentle, caring gestures, Filled my soul with never-ending love. My Love's strong arms embrace me, And promise care forever. |
