| Going to see our school's production of Our Town tonight!! Lots of people have been split on whether they want people to see them perform it. Some are telling me to go because they worked hard, while others are saying not to go because it's SO bad. I guess we'll see tonight! |
Princess Megan Rose  - That. is. SO COOL!! I did in fact enjoy it!! I lowk cried during the wedding scene and all of the second act lol. My eyes were hurting for a while afterwards, but it's ok because my friend was crying with me. |

| I've been writing a lot more recently. The funny thing is that while I have been writing a lot more I still haven't made much progress on my own stories. Instead I've been working on collaborative efforts with friends! Am I avoiding my stories? Or am I taking a nice break? I still ask myself this everyday. Needless to say, I'm improving greatly. I look forward to seeing the worlds I'm creating with my friends evolve. (Oh and unrelated: SPRING MUSICAL LET'S GOOOOOOOO!! Newsies here I come! >:D) |
| I won't be updating "Let's be honest: Life is hard" for a while, due to me being off of school for winter break. I'll be busy with family and friends, so I won't have much time to write. Once it's over I'll post a new chapter, and any edits made to stories I can do during the break. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!! :D |
| Just rediscovered one of my favorite authors, Andrew Joseph White. He writes in different time periods and genres. On thing remains the same throughout the stories though (so far): a trans protagonist. This fact honestly makes me really happy, because (cool fact) I am trans myself. If someone doesn't understand what that means or wants to ask me any questions about it feel free! I love discussing my personal experience with this fact about myself. I do not want to debate this fact though, because I have had enough debates over my gender expression. Back to my point: The stories are well written and represent how hard it is to be trans during those time periods. The book I'm reading right now is titled, "Compound Fracture". I won't tell y'all about it, but you should check it out if interested in a story about revenge. After I finish this book I'll have read all of his books that are currently published :> Alright, that's my rant for today! |
| My partner is going to be traveling for the holidays, so we exchanged Christmas gifts this morning. They loved all their gifts I got them (I got them a bunch of books), and I'm so happy about it \(>^<)/ They got me a matching necklace for a game we both love, a piece of clothing I've been wanting for years, and they made me a painting of all the things I love (A certain show, my fav animal, our shared favorite movie, etc) Happy Holidays everyone!! <(^v^)> |
| Tonight instead of being cued for board (for my school play), I'll be cueing everyone else (including myself). My manager got sick with some throat thing, so I'll be in charge (AHHHHH!). Very excited and nervous. I hope everything can go well <(-.-)> (She's not doing it, because she's on vocal rest) Cueing along with doing board means I'll be doing 3+ things 1. Cueing the spots right next to me for when they need to go on 2. Cueing myself for blackouts/light changes 3. Listening to the headset for my cue to go on after a blackout (cued by the stage manager!) 4. Paying attention to the show, to make sure I know where we are 5. Keeping everyone QUIET! The script reader has a hard job, and I appreciate her so much! \(-v-)/ |
