The blood of a writer spills out as ink upon paper. Etching lines onto each page that are transferred as images into the mind of the reader.
Thank you. Your words have helped me. ❤
I feel that "Invincible" just doesn't quite work for a title for this. It doesn't really relay what I read in the lines; however, I think we all read and interpret differently. I suppose it's all somewhat related to and in accordance with our experiences, education, family ties (or lack of), cultural history, and spiritual beliefs - just to name a few influential factors.
After reading through this a few times I keep coming up with a title based around being comfortable with the shadow. The personal shadow and the collective shadow.
The song lyrics that include "baby don't fear the reaper" started in my brain while reading this too. Had to google the band, but the lyrics are from Blue Oyster Cult.
I think this is nicely written and can easily be read and interpreted within the age category you have recommended. I also think it would be beneficial for children of a younger age as well as I believe youth should be exposed to the reality of this world rather than be shielded from it.
I'm not usually a fan of romance stuff, but I like this. Very descriptive, easy to visualize and get "into" the scene. A lot goes on in a short period of time. I love how the tone changes quickly, but you keep it believable and cohesive. Well-written.
