We are different aspects of the same thing

It is a fact that there is more genetic variety
In a small group of chimps
Than the entire human race
Basically we are all clones of each other

Which means that a murderer waiting on death row
And a world-famous scientist whose contributions are praised
Are just different sides of the same coin

So tell the murderer to beam with pride over his many achievements
As he walks to his death
And tell the scientist to tremble with restrained terror
As he receives his Nobel prize
