Autumnal spirits soar when pixies dance upon the banks of rippling mountain streams in celebration of the one last chance before the winter ice will freeze their dreams. The rhythm of the river enthralls them, until exuberance explodes among the woodland nymphs. Like ballerinas doing pirouettes in ancient mystic ceremonies there, they demonstrate their ecstasy, because autumnal spirits soar when pixies dance. Author’s note: The Dorsimbra is an exciting new form with contrasting patterns. A definition can be found at the following link: http://www.poetrybase.info/forms/000/84.shtml
