The feelings of sorrow over a loved one emmante strongly from this poem. It was clear to me that you care very much for this person. Prison is a harsh environment for anyone and having to visit a family member there can very emotional. The last line of this poem is what stood out most.
Technically, there were no issues found with the form or structure in this piece. All of the spelling, grammar and punctuation were fine.

This story is quite fascinating and a good start, however I do feel it needs some work. There is a great deal going on in a short time. Your readers don't have enough time to grasp what's going on before it changes. I also feel it is too cramped. You need to give the individual paragraphs more space as well as moving the dialogue on lines of their own.
There were no spelling errors but some of the grammar and punctuation need editing too. With just a bit of work this story could be great. Good luck.
I will never look at the dark the same way again after reading this poem. Despite the fact that it is superbly written; it creeped me out! I am impressed with the level of imagery you included in this piece. It allowed me to see the gruesome scene as it played out.

This story brought me back to my childhood and the ridicule I faced growing up. Granted the kids weren't as cruel back then as they are now but abuse in any form leaves wounds. Your story, for me was heart-breaking. Not only because of my own pain revisited, but yours as well for not taking action against the bullies. Being the silent type isn't always the right choice.
