Oh my gosh...this was so moving and emotional. I was crying after the first paragraph! This is such a sad, and horrible thing, and it is even more sad that it happens so often! People who are like that, think that a animal is less, beat on them, abuse them..they do not deserve a animal, they deserve the same treatment done to them! I love that she was saved...it is sometimes a thing like this that happens that not only changes our lives, but shows what type of person we are...a good one~

This was the perfect poem to read right now as I am watching the snow come down and blow across the fields in the back of our house. It is for sure not snowing like in your poem but I could still relate so well. I have been in the same situation and been stranded till the plows come lol

Beautiful and well written, the reader easily relates and finds themselves reflecting on their own snow storm memories!

I enjoyed reading this, it was a reflection of memories past. I was able to easily relate, the reader can see and smell the fire...the burning logs...the laughter...This was well written and a enjoyable read!

My only suggestion would be to add font style, text color and maybe center it!

I thought that this was very well written, the images and details that you express are easy to see as the reader! I loved the last part, how our departed are still with us. That means a lot to me, I just lost my father a month ago right at Thanksgiving so the holidays were difficult. This was something I could relate to!

I decided to come do a mini review raid on your port! Just so you know I care!~

I thought that this was very well written and the story line is intense! The reader can feel and sense the panic and fear as she slips into the water deeper and deeper. You expressed her feelings and emotions very well and the reader can easily feel them through your words! This is a powerful story and it has sadness and darkness to it. It is a great story!

I have seen the damage from hurricanes down in Hackberry Lousiana and honestly this was easy to picture as I read! It has humor and in a few short lines tells a funny little story that is a even funnier image in the mind!

I thought that this was cute and could relate to it thinking back to when my kids were little and played that same game! It is that extra five minutes that make them smile so bright. That last tuck in, last sip of water and last monster check...means the world to them.

Well written and a smooth and even flow to the words. My only suggestion would be to perhaps try out some font styles and text colors. You will be surprised by how much of a difference that makes!

I thought that this was a very cute and humorous little story. It made me relate 100%, reminding me of my own cats. They all hide and wait to sneak attack each other at any given moment! It can be very amusing to watch, entertaining to say the least!

I loved this poem! It was well written and the message/meaning is wonderful! Christmas is so chaotic and we tend to get caught up in it, trying to get everything done, that we can forget the small and meaningful things. Good old Santa and all that he is, what a wonderful person to run into! The knowing that was in his heart along with the love he felt was expressed well!

I only suggest maybe playing with the font styles and add text color. It will just pull this together even more and make it even more eye catching!

This story really hit close to home for me and was heart touching. I just lost my dad 3 weeks ago so this was very moving. I loved the caring relationship that is felt between you and your dad. The reader can sense and feel that there was a close bond between you two and that is so special. I was close with my dad and the memories I have of him will forever live in my heart. This is written from the heart and has a deep sense of emotions and feelings, plus the cute added humor to the joke itself! I hope that you will continue to write these awesome memories and share them, it warms the heart to read this!

This is a beautiful piece about an amazing little girl! A heart of pure and unconditional love, a sweet and honest soul that reminds us what is important in life. I felt moved as the reader as I read this and a motherly sense of pride for this little girl!
