The mock dialog is an eye opener for many of us, who get confused when it comes to the use of commas.

I am afraid I have had my own numberless redlines.
I see that how important a part, a comma plays in writing. Almost like a backbone.
I am totally taken by this rhymed verse.
The poet, faithful to the Lord she believes in, surrenders herself to Him.
In times trouble, she leans on him because she feels that He alone can deliver her from it.
He is like the master that leads her in the right direction on the path of life.

I don't know about the political side of this poem but the social side certainly is enticing.
Her demands are understandable. Utter privacy and enjoying dinner being cooked for two seem to set tone to a differently romantic evening. Walking barefoot in her kitchen is what she wants.

Indeed that is the sad fact of attracting tourists.
But the fact of your noticing these hidden hurting of the animals, shows your sensitivity towards them and the awareness of cruelty involved therein.

Women were easy targets now and always.
The girl's plight is shown in detail. Their working conditions could not be worse.

It is true that we forget to give importance to our own point of view while trying to oblige others. This had happened with me. But now no more.
I have learnt to learn from the negative aspects that often cross my path in life.
I follow the saying that everything is good for you, be it negative or positive.
The most valuable asset to a person is confidence born out of knowledge.
So check your facts before suggesting something you think is a generous offer, is what I learnt from Craig's experience. Appearances are deceptive more often than we give them credit.

This ordinariness teaches us the value of bonds, love and lasting relationships and family values. As life flows on, these routine things are remembered by the members of the family. They recall and rejoice in revisiting, or going down the memory lane.

In my experience, I have seen few people enjoying silence. As you have so perceptively pointed out, "The silence comes now and then.
I enjoy it when it comes.."
Silence is beneficial, so is company. We live as we believe. A time for silence and a time to share love and music and later contemplate on divinity.
Silence is shown as it linked with various phases of life.
This poem makes me think of the deeper shades of silence and l like them as they unfold.
I know what it feels like being rejected and then feel frustratingly helpless.

A personal poem that speaks of the travails of marriage and the marriage partner. Marriages are a gamble. Like bridge players, we get the kind of cards we least expect, which we need to play while the game lasts.
A marriage that starts on a happy note turns sour after years of knowing each other inside out. Sometimes the balance is gone and the partners drift away from one another. Time and understanding alone can heal such breached bonds.
I hear the ring of sincerity and a wish to be heard in this flow of pained feelings.

Time waits for none. Past and present weave into future. Time is a blur, an ephemera, a thing that knows no steadiness. It is the be-all and end-all of life. Time sets standards from age to age and dictates people to follow the rules of passage.
Time alone can decide the destiny.
Time is lord, time is God.
It runs the universe. It is the creator, keeper and killer. The wheel of time never stops, for life and time are intricately unified.

I can relate to this article because my country (India) is essentially agricultural.
The farmers of both small and big holdings suffered immensely in the past. They weren’t fully equipped with necessary fertilisers, seeds, irrigation or implements for harvesting and marketing their produce.
As you rightly pointed out, getting tools and preparation take their toll on the planter cum producer in addition to sudden rains and floods.
“He is helpless…what he could.”
The village lords and middle men used to interfere between the farmer and the buyer. He never got deserving profits.
Things changed presently.
The Govt. banned the old practices, and middlemen disappeared to a large extent. Supply of seeds, fertilisers are within the cultivator’s reach.
To his relief, now, the buyer comes to the crops to buy directly and and the cultivator gets the price.
