50 STB - Sand Dunes will kick your butt! Michigan
Welp, SandraLynn Author IconMail Icon wanted to drive the Party Bus right up the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, but thankfully Lyn's a Witchy Woman Author IconMail Icon explained that the bus tires would get stuck in the sand. After some gentle persuasion, she parked in the parking lot and we were off to climb the sand dunes.

Let me tell you, these dunes seemed to go forever. We were all huffing and puffing as we reached the top, but we stopped quite often to drink water and catch our breath. The view was reward! Lake Michigan was gorgeous! The water was incredibly blue. Krista Author IconMail Icon took pictures for her Instagram. WakeUpAndLive Author IconMail Icon bought postcards from the visitor’s center. Sung'manitu Author IconMail Icon wanted to go fishing so he took AmyJo-July 2/3s done Author IconMail Icon to go fish. We all decided to go back and set up camp.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to set up. We were glamping! Luxury camping! Kinda nice after staying in a Boy Scout camp. Lyn's a Witchy Woman Author IconMail Icon went down to the camp store with Jellyfish Author IconMail Icon to buy stuff for smores and I fired up the camp stove. Sung'manitu Author IconMail Icon returned with 2 fish and I cooked it. As the sun set, we all sat around the campfire and made smores.

WakeUpAndLive Author IconMail Icon, Sung'manitu Author IconMail Icon AmyJo-July 2/3s done Author IconMail Icon and SandraLynn Author IconMail Icon were exhausted and passed out cold in their fancy tents.

A little bit later I went down to the lake shore with Lyn's a Witchy Woman Author IconMail Icon Princess Megan Rose Author IconMail Icon, Krista Author IconMail Icon, Jellyfish Author IconMail Icon and just hung out, listened to the sound of the waves, skipped a rock or two and just enjoyed the company. There’s more to Michigan than just Detroit!
