365 Days of Blessing _ February 23, 2023

Dear God,

What an amazing work out today. It was good to get to the gym and explore the possibility of greater mobility, back and hip strength. Please heal my back and hips, the vertebrae and the joints. I put in over a half mile of steps, but the pain was almost too much and the time it took was hard. But I thank You for your healing. Your blessing and favor in this day and in the days to come. You are glorious and righteous, dearest Rock of my Salvation:

Psalm 97:11-12

Light is sown for the righteous, and joy for the upright in heart.

Rejoice in the LORD, O you righteous, and giver thanks to His Holy Name!

Heavenly Light, You sow so abundantly now, as the darkness craves more of the souls of men. May Your Kingdom Come, and Your Will Be Done, In Earth As It Is In Heaven - For Yours is the power, and the glory forever and ever, Amen!
