Apple Truths - Week 27

To learn the word apple
first we practice phonics,
sound out “ah- puh- ull”
repeat until it’s chronic.

We could go apple-picking
climb up very high,
take home a sack of fruit
and bake an apple pie.

Paint apples on a canvas,
or make them into sauce.
Clean up all our messes,
So mama won’t be cross.

But to get to apple truth,
you have to go all-in.
Take a crunchy bite and
Let the juice drip down your chin.
