I Think I May Know How

Early this morning, I woke up for a few minutes. When I tried to go back to sleep couldn’t. So, I did what I usually try to do when I can’t go to sleep easily. I started thinking about what I was going to return to work to do today at six PM WDC time.

While I was trying to remember where I left off, I started to think about how I could make my Water Wars scriptwriting project better, and I think I have found a way to do this. Unfortunately, if this works, I will be starting this project over from the beginning again.

The storylines will remain the same. It will be the order of scenes that will be changed slightly. I never liked that the main character for each Act in a Part or Episode started and ended these Acts, while the secondary characters started and ended these Acts with only two characters.

This format may solve this problem if it works out I way I’m hoping it will work out. There is one drawback to this new format, though. I think I will have to use the one character starting the Part or Episode and another one ending it. That’s not the drawback, though.

The drawback will only happen in the two-part Movie Introduction. The last two characters from the first Part of this Movie Introduction will be the first two characters in the second Part of this movie Introduction. Only one scene will separate each of the main characters.

Of course, the same thing will happen to the first two Episodes of this project, and the next two, etc., but they will be individual episodes not connected like it is with the two-part Movie Introduction. The two-parter will be the only one connected in this way. I can live with that.

I would like to do this with the main character that begins each Part or Episode to end these Parts or Episodes, but I don’t think that I can do this. Of course, I will try to do it both ways, but I don’t think it will work because there will be at least one main character next to each other.

It’s not only because the two main characters start and end each Part and Episode. I also like the way this new format looks, especially for the secondary characters. They still have two scene fives in the four main Acts, but they are separate from the character who starts and ends them.

There is only one way to see if this will work or not. I will spend my first day of my weekend shift at work to see if it works. If it does with one or both of them, I will start working on the Act Breakdowns, Story Outlines, and Scene Outlines for my sentences and paragraphs.

I don’t know how long it will take to find out if this will work or not, but I have a twelve-hour shift early this evening to early tomorrow morning to find out. Hopefully, it won’t take that long to find out it does work so that I can get started on my Breakdowns and Outlines.
