Blog Prompt: Can God's Word be used for harm instead of good? Explain.

I believe God's word is like any weapon that can be used for good or evil intentions. Ephesians says it is the sword of the Spirit. We need to be careful how we use it and weald it.

Prayer Prompt: Pray for God to give you spiritual protection from temptation and attacks from the enemy.

Dear God,
Protect us from yielding to temptation and being drawn away by the lust of our flesh. Protect us from evil and the attacks of the enemy.
In Jesus' name,
Amen

Scripture Writing Prompt: Ephesians 6:11-13
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

I had to show some alien friends how to make their bed in their Spaceship and help
them tidy up a bit, on my way back home, I ran across this.

In my case, it really did rain last night. It rained last night and hailed, but thankfully, we didn't have any tornados where I am.

what do you think about the summer season, and/or how would you personify summer in a story or poem?

I usually love the summer as long as I have air conditioning at my disposal. Summer is just hot, plain and simple.
