A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here.

Yesterday Evening and Early This Morning
Yesterday Evening
and Early This Morning

Usually, I would be writing about what I accomplished today with my DeathBringers scriptwriting project instead of what I did during my twelve-hour shift yesterday evening and early this morning. I can’t do that this week because there is nothing to write about today on this project.

Why can’t I write this blog entry about what I did today on my DeathBringers scriptwriting project? It’s because I didn’t have any time to work on this project today. I didn’t think I would have too much time to work on this project, but I thought that I would have a few hours to do it.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have any time to work on this project. Between me needing to get a few hours of sleep after working a twelve-hour graveyard shift yesterday evening and early this morning, and what my brother and I needed to accomplish today, I barely had the time to work on this blog entry before the midnight deadline.

Usually, I would be waiting to write what I did yesterday evening and early this morning, this Saturday, before I return to working another twelve-hour shift Saturday evening to early Sunday morning. I have done this before, and I will probably do it again, but I don’t have too much of a choice today. After all, I don’t have anything to write about today.

Of course, I still could have written about what I didn’t accomplish today instead of writing about what I did yesterday evening and early this morning, but I chose not to do that. After all, I didn’t want this to be another short blog entry, and that’s what it would be.

Besides, I have a lot to write about regarding what I did yesterday evening and early this morning. I accomplished a lot during my last twelve hours at work. It started with me verifying my spreadsheet scene numbers for my ‘The Final Ritual’ movie, and it ended with me setting up this movie.

That’s right, the spreadsheet format that I thought would work for this movie did. All I needed to do was verify that all six characters have the same number of scenes. That isn’t the only reason why I verified these numbers. I also needed them to help me set up my Act Breakdown, sentence Story Outline, and my sentence Scene Outline for this project.

Verifying these numbers didn’t take me too long to verify. It only took me about an hour to do that. That should have left me plenty of time to set up my Act Breakdown, Story Outlines, and Scene Outline documents for this movie project. I should have had enough time to get started on my Act Breakdown for this project, but I didn’t.

Most of the documents I needed for this movie project weren’t too hard to create. I have been working on documents like this for a long time, and I have gotten to know the fastest way to create them. Unfortunately, I was doing great until I got to my paragraph Scene Outline.

I set up my paragraph Scene Outlines like it was a script with FADE INs, FADE OUTs, and Act Titles starting on a new page according to the television scriptwriting format. For some reason, I couldn’t do that with this document. It took me a long time, but I did finally figure out how to do it.
