A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here.

Twenty-Eight in About Seven Hours
Twenty-Eight in
About Seven Hours

It has been a very good day for the writing of the Part One Story Outline. Not only did I get the second half of Part One of my Water Wars mini-series Story Outline finished, but I also got the Teaser Act of the Part Two Story Outline written today, for a total of twenty-eight paragraphs.

Twenty-eight paragraphs are what I got written today for my Water Wars scriptwriting project, and I did them in about seven hours. That averages about four paragraphs every hour, or around one hundred and twenty-eight sentences every hour. That’s why I call today a very good day of writing.

So far, the last couple of days, I have managed to get about four paragraphs written for my Story Outlines for my Water Wars scriptwriting project every hour. Hopefully, I can keep it to four paragraphs every hour during my twenty-four-hour shift this weekend. I hope that I can do that during my two twelve-hour shifts this weekend at work.

That will mean that I will get between eighty to eighty-four paragraphs written this weekend. Since I only need forty-two paragraphs for each Part or Episode of this project, I should get another two Parts written during this weekend, especially if I have all twelve hours to work on this project. Unfortunately, I probably won’t have twelve hours.

That’s why I wrote ‘eighty to eighty-four’ above. It may be closer to eighty paragraphs that I get written over the next twenty-four hours while at work, aka ten hours per shift instead of twelve hours. Of course, I would like it to be twelve hours, but it’s doubtful that it will happen.

It depends on how busy it gets at work the next couple of days, especially tomorrow. After all, tomorrow is a Saturday, and Saturdays are often very busy where I work. I may be lucky if I get forty paragraphs written tomorrow because of how busy it will be at work.

Early Sunday evenings at six PM WDC time to early Monday morning at six AM WDC time can also be very busy at work, especially during the early morning hours. Sunday evenings usually aren’t too bad, but early Monday morning, it can get a lot busier at work, especially the closer it gets to six AM. After all, that’s when the workers start showing up there.

Of course, these figures are for four paragraphs every hour. It may be slightly higher than that, especially at work. After all, four paragraphs every hour takes about fifteen minutes each to write. If I can get those minutes cut down to ten or twelve minutes every hour, then I will be writing five or six paragraphs every hour instead of four.

Unfortunately, it could be fewer than four paragraphs every hour. The way that I have been writing these paragraphs the last couple of days, I don’t think it will be few than four paragraphs every hour, but it could be. It has happened before. Unfortunately, it could happen again.

Whether I continue to average four paragraphs every hour, more than four paragraphs, or fewer than four paragraphs, I’m going to get as many paragraphs as I can written during my twelve-four-hour shifts this weekend at work. Hopefully, it will be four or more that I get written this weekend.
