Thankfully

 God's Gift of Grace to ev'ry chosen heart
draws thankfulness from ev'ry redeemed soul.
His Saving Mercy from Creation's start
is all that makes dead spirits, living, whole.

So, thankfully the doubts will lose their pow'r
as we confess our helplessness to Him.
The thankful hope for Life's dark, final hour
creates great peace to face the angel grim.

The Lord we thank for facing Calv'ry's skull
is Jesus Christ, the Only God Who's Man.
All God, all Man with nothing left to cull.
He's Who we thank for great Salvation's Plan.

The Father's summons, now we thank as Gift.
As bidden come in new life He doth lift.
