A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Also, the First Half of Episode One It was a total of thirty-five paragraphs that I got written for my Water Wars scriptwriting projects. Fourteen of those paragraphs were to end the Part Five mini-series Story Outline, and twenty-one for the Episode One Story Outline. That’s only about three paragraphs every hour. That isn’t very good writing compared to most writers, including me. I should have been able to get some four-hour paragraphs while I worked early yesterday evening and early this morning, especially since the clocks were set back an hour. The only reason why I didn’t get more writing done last early yesterday evening and early this morning is because of the weather. It was extremely cold last night. Where I work doesn’t have a good space heater. It’s not as bad as it reads, though. It does give off heat, but it’s not very high heat. I didn’t get too cold last night, but I still had a lot of problems staying warm. As a result, it slowed down my writing a lot. At least I think it did. If there is another explanation, I don’t know what it is. That’s the only explanation I can think of to explain why I didn’t get more written on this project during my first twelve-hour shift at work: thirteen hours during this shift this weekend. I should have gotten more done during this shift. I was hoping that I would get all of the Episode One Story Outline written early yesterday evening at six PM WDC time to early this morning at six AM WDC time. Still, I didn’t think that I would get fifty-four paragraphs written during this twelve-hour shift: thirteen hours during this shift this weekend. It should have been another seven to fourteen, though. Unfortunately, that’s all the scriptwriting that I will be doing for the next few days. At least I hope that it will only be a few days. After all, when I got home from work this morning, I checked, and there was a WDC Short Story prompt for this month that came in during the middle of last night. I will start working on that early this evening. I haven’t remembered or come up with a Short Story for this prompt yet, but I should by the time I return to work for my second twelve-hour shift this weekend. It may be only the setup phase of this Short Story. Hopefully, I will also get started writing it during this shift. Will this be a Science Fiction Short Story? I don’t know that yet, but it could be. It also could be a non-Science Fiction Short Story. I’ll have about six to eight hours of sleep to think about it. Hopefully, I will have it all figured out by then. At least I hope that I do. |
