A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Wrong About Several Things I was wrong about several things regarding my Water War scriptwriting project. First of all, I was wrong about where I left off early last Sunday morning. Another thing I was wrong about is how many paragraphs I got written on average last weekend. I thought that I was getting thirty-five to forty-two paragraphs written during that weekend. First of all, I thought that I was about ready to start working on the Episode One Story Outline, but I was further along than that early last Sunday morning. I was ready to start the second half of Episode One instead of starting it. I only had twenty-one paragraphs to write before I finished the Episode One Story Outline for this project. After I finished writing the Episode One Story Outline for this project, I started writing the Episode Two Story Outline. I also got the first half of this episode done. So, during my twelve-hour shift early yesterday evening and early this morning, I got forty-two paragraphs written, twenty-one for Episode One and twenty-one for Episode Two. So, maybe I was right about getting thirty-five to forty-two paragraphs written last weekend after all. After all, I did it during this twelve-hour shift early yesterday evening to early this morning. Without looking at my blog entry from last Saturday evening and Sunday morning, I won’t know if I’m right about this, but I don’t have time to do that right now. The second thing that I think I was wrong about is the number of paragraphs that I got written last week. I thought that it was thirty-five to forty-two. Forty-two is for an entire Part or Episode. It should have been written as fourteen to twenty-one. After all, twenty-one is halfway through a Part or an Episode. I’m kind of surprised that I got forty-two paragraphs written early yesterday evening to early this morning. After all, yesterday was a Saturday and today was a Sunday. Usually, it can be somewhat busy where I work. Yesterday and today were one of those busy days. That’s why it was more like ten hours instead of a twelve-hour shift. Hopefully, I will do the same thing later on this evening to tomorrow morning when I start my second twelve-hour shift at work. Of course, I would like to do a little bit better, if not a lot better, during this twelve-hour shift, but I’m not going to count on that until it happens. Of course, I want it to happen, but I always hope that it’s better than it gets. Will I get another forty-two or more paragraphs written in my second twelve-hour shift this weekend? I think there is a very good chance I will. After all, early Sunday evening to early Monday morning are usually somewhat slower than Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Hopefully, I can do as good or better than I did during my first twelve-hour shift. |
