Feeling Like Death Again
Feeling Like Death Again

Because of the bitterly cold weather this weekend, I have myself another bad cold that is bordering on becoming a terrible cold, or worse, the flu. I don’t think I’m at the flu part of this cold yet, but it could get there by the end of this weekend, especially if I am forced to work this weekend.

That’s part of the reason why I only got the twelve paragraphs written to end my movie, ‘The Lives of Billia and Helleni’ Story Outline today. I had about six hours to work on this project. It should have been done in about half that time so that I could start working on my fourth and final Story Outline, aka ‘Calkin Cove.’

Unfortunately, I didn’t get started working on my ‘Calkin Cove’ Story Outline today. I barely had time to open up this folder and open up these four documents associated with it, aka the sentences Act Breakdown, Story Outline, and Scene Outline. The other document I opened up was the paragraph Story Outline. Unfortunately, that’s about all I did today.

I did have a few minutes after I wrote a Hotline Report on what happened to me today. One of the reasons why I only got these twelve paragraphs written today was because of this Hotline Report. When I woke up this morning, I was feeling very sick. So sick that I knew I wouldn’t be able to work this weekend, especially at the post I’m working at right now.

So, I contacted my HR Manager and told her that I couldn’t work this weekend. Her response was writing me up for not attending to my job responsibilities this weekend. I had no choice but to go to the Hotline and file a report. Unfortunately, that took me about two hours to do. Two hours I could have devoted to my ‘Calkin Cove’ Story Outline.

That’s right, I’m not working this weekend. So, I don’t know how many paragraphs I will get written this weekend for this ‘Calkin Cove’ Story Outline. If I were working on a normal weekend, I would probably get about thirty to forty paragraphs written during my two twelve-hour shifts. Since I’m not working this weekend, I may be lucky if I get half that many written.

It looks like I will have plenty of time to do this writing. After all, because of the terrible weather this weekend, my brother and I don’t have anything we need to do for the next two days, except for me trying to get over this cold before it becomes the flu. Hopefully, by staying inside this weekend, I won’t get the flu. I hope I can also get over this cold.

A lot of how many paragraphs that I get written on my ‘Calkin Cove’ Story Outline depends on how I feel over the next few days. If I start feeling better over the next couple of days, I may get a lot of these paragraphs written. Then again, if I’m still feeling like death, I may be lucky if I get about twenty of these paragraphs written this weekend.
