Changed

Prompt: Joy asked if someone said we changed, what does it means? Does it mean we aren't living up to that person's standards?

My father was in the military and we moved a lot. Changing schools. New friends. Being in activities. I was rebellious at times but I was a good kid. My mother and I lived with my grandparents when Dad was in Vietnam.

I changed after high school. I went to a college run by Nuns and behaved like a Nun. I had thought of becoming a Nun. I changed again after college. I ran around with a bad crowd and was a hippie. I got married and had a son. I found God again. I have a good life with my husband. I loved my mother. She died. My life has changed. I don't shop much. My cousin and I are close
I am glad I have her. I stay at home a lot.

People saying you change. It can be a good thing. If you hang out with bad people, you act like them. You hang out with good people and Church people, you act like them. Some Church people aren't always nice. Life is about change. You do your best and pray for guidance. I do. That's what I do.
