Go to your nearest refrigerator and choose a fresh fruit.

Smell the rind. Describe that aroma, if any.

Wash the fruit and taste the rind. Is it bitter? Sweet?

Finally, cut the fruit open and taste the inside. How does it taste? What is the texture like? Does the inside smell different than the outside?
