And the winner is!

Yesterday was a crazy day when I got home.
I cooked. I washed. I changed diapers. I went food
shopping. I waited 2 hours for the blessed cab to
pick me up etc..welcome to womanhood.

Something fun. Well, my nieces Kiangelie and Nathalie,
had their friend Laila over for dinner. While I made
dinner their were coloring books and talking about
their favorite subject lately: Chris Brown.

Granted. He is cute but when you hear a bunch of
girls fantazasing about kissing a boy, any boy. Not!
So I ask them to participate in a little contest to
see who could write the best short story.

The rules were: Use your noggin. Be creative. Don't
carbon copy a story and try to write legible. The
price is a dollar and to have the winning piece in my
portfolio which they thought was cooler than the
money, 'cause like they say: "We already have money".

So here are the stories. As a personal favor I"ll
ask for a couple of reviews which I'll show the
girls. You can vote for the best story. I am going
to fix a couple of words that were grammatically
mispelled but the essence of the story I'll leave
the same. Prepare yourselves to laugh.

The little Unicorn By: Nathalie (9 yrs.)

Once upon a time there was a little unicorn. She did
not have any friends. She felt lonely. She went to
her Grandma's house. On the way, she saw a dwarf.

She asked "Do you need help?"

"Yes I do! Help!" said the dwarf.

So they went to see the Princess Mermaid Nathalie
and Prince Chris Brown. They askes for a crystal cave
and $1000 too. So she granted their
wishes. Chris Brown couldn't find his wand. The Evil
Witch came and took Nathalie's wand also. They never
saw the wands again.

A Hero By: Laila (11 yrs.)

Once upon a time there was an evil witch named Laila.
She wanted to kill the Queen of the City. The witch
was so cruel she came up with potions to kill people.

One day, the Queen was invited to dinner by the evil
witch Laila. At dinner the witch said to the Queen:

"Your Highness, can I cut your meat?"

"Yes" said the Queen
All of a sudden the witch pulled out a knife and held
it to her neck to threaten her.She asked her to drink
the poison. All the Queen could do was scream AAAHHH!

Out of nowhere flies in Captain Underpants snatching
the knife. The Queen thanks Captain Underpants.

Oh,and the witch just beacame a regular citizen of the
city.

Princess Kiangelie By:Kiangelie (12yrs)

Once upon a time there was a princess named Kiangelie.
She lived a very unhappy life beacuse her parents
locked her up in her roomand she never
found her way out. Until the day she turned 16.

It all started when Evil Prince Charming asked the
Enchanted Mirror if they were any available princesses
to marry. Out of the 4 he liked, he chose Princess
Kiangelie. So the very next morning Evil Prince
Charming told all of his men to come to the Warrior's
Ring to battle and see who was the strongest. The
Winner would be sent to get Princess Kiangelie.

One of the men, named Chris Brown was the
strongest. So he had to go on a 8 day journey to get
Princess Kiangelie.He went through rainy, snowy,sandy
storms and on the 4th dayhe reached the castle.

He climbed the long leaf vines on the up the wall to
the Princesse's window. When he reached the top,he
could see the Princess sleeping on her royal
redbed.With red
roses on both sides of her bed. As you can see
her favorite color is *surprise*RED!

Her clothes, shoes, floor , doors, drawers,
makeup,lotions, EVERYTHING wasred.
Anyway as I was saying Chris Brown came
in. She moved , opened her eyes and yawned. She got up
and screamed," AAAAHH!!"

She ran to the phone(!) but he spoke:
"There is no need to fear. I am your Knight Chris
Brown. I'm here to save you.
She could only say "Aaaah".

As the 3 last days passed she was to get married to
Evil Prince Charming. He wanted to be King. She was
very sad. She thought of the knight marrying her.

The weeks passed by and she did not like being around
the Prince. The next day, on her wedding day as she
was putting her dress on, the knight Chris
Brown came in.(!)He said:" Leave this place behind
and come with me"
The only thing she said was:"I loved to."

Princess Kiangelie and Knight Chris Brown got married
and lived happily ever after in a big huge 6th storied
palace.
