Time to interrupt the day
Time for a surprise
Time to stop listening
To all the little lies

What is it we all want most?
I can't even imagine
But if it were up to me
I'd get rid of the beast Famine

No more let the children cry
Empty stomaches growling
No more let the credit cards call
On debts for food still mounting

Let all the people eat tonight
Not wondering what they may afford
Let all the people eat tonight
And tomorrow let there be more
