Help, readers! I'll give 10,000 gps to the person who gives me the correct title to this book.

I read it in grade school, and the plot goes like this: A boy is playing with some friends and one throws a lit firework in his direction. It explodes, and the boy loses his eyesight. He goes to a special school, gets a guide dog, and basically adjusts to his new life of blindness.

It was one of my favorite books, and I can't think of the title! Please help me! 10,000 gps goes to the person who gives me the correct answer!!
