Party Day: Celebrating

Prompt: Party Day. What are you celebrating?

I went through extensive surgery. Two hernias, a twisted bowel and three bowel obstructions in one surgery. I was in the hospital and rehab for a month. I have been on a Wound Vac for two months and Monday, I am going off it! My incision is healing really well but I will need to have bandages on my wound for awhile. I am walking on my own and going back to work. This is a reason to celebrate and have a party.

I don't have my Halloween decorations out but I am getting pumpkins this weekend. I will be decorating for Christmas. I hope next year will be a great year.
