National Cake Day

November 26 is National Cake Day.

Prompt: If you had to represent us in a National Bake Off, which cake would you choose and why?

I would bake a chocolate cake. I love chocolate cake. I would put white frosting on it and have dyed frostings of red and blue and put it on the cake. I could also make a flag with stars to represent the US. Maybe I would bake a Halloween cake, which would be orange shaped like a pumpkin. I could bake a black cat and of course it would be black. I could bake a Christmas cake shaped like Santa, a reindeer, a Christmas Tree or an angel. Everyone knows America loves it's holidays. Oh! Maybe I could bake a chocolate bunny cake. Anymore, I just bake cupcakes in my mini cupcake maker but I did promise my son and daughter-in-law a orange cake for Thanksgiving. Another thought. I could bake an orange cake shaped like a turkey for the bake off, After all, the Us is the only country that celebrates Thanksgiving!
