Old things, and a new beginning.
Notes to be looked at.

Rights and the law.

Not all that is right is law; and not all law is right.
This debate has been going on since way back.
A person could grow old and not know it -
such is life living under a rock.

Mr Mandela - past, present, and future.

There is a time for everything, so we are told.
The Mandela legend will get brighter as time goes on.
The man had a good innings - well past the allotted time of man.
18th July 1918 - 5th December 2013
A good 95 years.

Kids and their parents.

Heard this one a while back:
One mother can look after many children, not many children can look after one mother.

The other was:
Most girls will grow up to be like their mother - what a pity.
Most boys will hope to fill their father's shoes - what a dream.

Suppose one could swop those around, in all fairness to the genders ?

Things to ponder ...

Francis of Assisi

Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.
