Favorite Childhood Memory

Welcome To My Reality Prompt: What is your favorite childhood memory?

I have more then one. Living in Tacoma, Washington and I got my first Barbie. I loved her and still do. Being able to see Mount Rainer outside the window of the house where we lived. It was beautiful.

When Mom, Dad and I lived in Maryland by Andrews Air Force Base. I got to see President Kennedy and the astronauts Grissom and Young in person. I had a friend from Viet Nam named Susie who was adopted by an American family. Being with my grandparents every summer. All the kitty cats and dogs my grandparents had. I loved them like my own pets.

Those are some of my favorite memories.
