Thoughts and takes on the way life presents....

If you had the opportunity to choose an era to relocate in history would you take it? What time frame would you pick if you did go and why?

History is inviolate. That said, I would still choose to go back to about 1940 when life was still innocent and right before everything went nuts.

I see people born in the 1930s and 1940s have this idealistic view of life. I don't know where it came from, but I like it. The people you ran with were friends for life. Everyone seemed to have a very naieve way of looking at things.

It's the friends for life part that I like the most. Everyone had to communicate face to face or voice to voice, not through fingertips.

I would hope to retain some of the information that I know now so that I can at least appear somewhat intelligent when I go back there to impress the people.
