Heading South
Heading back to Beaumont this morning. Not looking forward to returning, given everything that's going on.

The more time I spend up here, the more I realize I REALLY hate it down there. As much as I'd love to move, doing so to this area would mean cutting my pay in half. Even in the manufacturing plants they do have in this area, most only top out at $15.

Frustrating. I think I'll take the longer, US69 route down this morning; do a little meandering through the country side.
