We live much of life amid unique choices. Joy is anchored in The One beyond our life. |
Chasing dreams, and greenish backs, we're chasing what to do. Eat to health the daily flax, then sleep when we are through. Wanderlust for earthly thrills excites our happiness. Plodding o'er the vales and hills seems less our hearts to bless. Finally with a hurting heart, we're weary and forlorn. Choices of our own did start the illness lately borne. Wondrous change! What hope I see in choices newly made! Health returns my life to free in joyful life displayed. This poem is dedicated to my good friend, Scifiwizard Retired "May your life be blessed at the latter end more than at the first." (JOT) by Jay O'Toole on October 29th, 2019 |
