Muzzy stares at Zack, "That's kidnapping."

"The constitution allows for citizen's arrest.
The people decide what is justice!"
Zack beeped the horn on his scooter.

"You don't own a van." Muzzy said in his living room seated by his window.

"Yeah." Zack made a wicked smile "But, you do."

Muzzy rubbed his head, "I'm not interested."
Zack nibbled on a chocolate chip cookie.
"It's not illegal. It's democracy." Zack's eyes widened.
Muzzy yawned, "I won't do it."
Evon brought some chicken soup to Muzzy.

"Hey!" Zack waved to Evon.
"Hello, Jack." Evon waved back.
Evon was Muzzy's Philipino mail-ordered bride.
She was petite. ..
"It's Zack" Muzzy corrected Evon.
"Do you want to make a citizen's arrest?" Zack queried Evon.
Evon smiled and waved to Zack and went back to the kitchen.

"You take care" Muzzy pressed a button to lower the window shade.
