There is hardly anything as pretty as a new fallen snow. However, I choose to keep the Norman Rockwell snow in my heart and avoid any real snow after living in it for 8 plus years in Utah. Clearing off walks, driveways, cars and steps, I am good with its beauty.
It is ghastly. I can't even step a foot outside because it's all ice. It was in single digits this morning. I can't even get out to start my car. So harsh!

Tonight we are supposed to go down below zero. I only have a heat pump and over the weekend it wasn't getting above 58. Luckily, upstairs is a bit warmer - low 70s.
Live each day as it comes. I have been doing that for 10 years or more. We still plan things and have hopes and dreams. I pray every day for myself and the world. I have been on earth for 70 years and we know some days as better then others.
