There is hardly anything as pretty as a new fallen snow. However, I choose to keep the Norman Rockwell snow in my heart and avoid any real snow after living in it for 8 plus years in Utah. Clearing off walks, driveways, cars and steps, I am good with its beauty.

It is ghastly. I can't even step a foot outside because it's all ice. It was in single digits this morning. I can't even get out to start my car. So harsh!

I am glad you have power. I am thankful for having it so the house isn't a freezer.

I am exhausted from the anxiety and fear.

Tonight we are supposed to go down below zero. I only have a heat pump and over the weekend it wasn't getting above 58. Luckily, upstairs is a bit warmer - low 70s.

This is a rough winter!!

I am so ready for spring. That temperature is way too cold. This winter is unusual and I hope it quits being so scary and cold for all of us!

Blizzard Arrived

The blizzard arrived. We have snow drifts and we are getting snow then lake effect snow. It is cold. This will go on until 6:00 PM Sunday. Our lights tried to go out. Am I having fun, yet?

Still eating turkey sandwiches. Kitty loves turkey.
