There is hardly anything as pretty as a new fallen snow. However, I choose to keep the Norman Rockwell snow in my heart and avoid any real snow after living in it for 8 plus years in Utah. Clearing off walks, driveways, cars and steps, I am good with its beauty.

It is ghastly. I can't even step a foot outside because it's all ice. It was in single digits this morning. I can't even get out to start my car. So harsh!

I am glad you have power. I am thankful for having it so the house isn't a freezer.

I am exhausted from the anxiety and fear.

Tonight we are supposed to go down below zero. I only have a heat pump and over the weekend it wasn't getting above 58. Luckily, upstairs is a bit warmer - low 70s.

This is a rough winter!!

Vietnam Nurses should be an interesting read. Come to think about it, so would Alice Cooper! Remember when he performed on the Dark Shadows movie?

My Birthday

It is my Birthday. I am the big 70. A lot of years. Mom lived to be 89. I hope to live a few more years yet. I got a Snoopy Cake, blue birthstone diamond ring. My Birthday being so close to Christmas, I get double gifts. I got my gifts ahead of time. A nice, Kate Spade purple purse. I got a diamond ring and amethyst stone ring last month.

I hope to go to Church today. The weather is going to be good.

Back to my Birthday.
