I agree. People come in and out of our life for a reason. Comfort, laughter, help during tough times--for whatever purpose, they were meant to be with us at a particular time.

Oh, my, yes! I'm all about laughter and sharing laughs with others. Laughing makes the world go round in much more pleasant way.

I don't go to Walmart much, anymore. I do most of my department store type of shopping on Amazon and have it delivered. Sometimes it arrives the next day.

Health insurance choices are difficult and so expensive these days. I hope it all works out well for you guys with the insurance man.

"Celtic woman and her pet wolf" sounds interesting. Good luck with the muse.

I like going out early, too. If I was going to Wal*Mart, which scares me, I would go early to avoid the regular crowd that goes later.

Yum!! It all sounds so good!

I got some Autumn Squash soup (made by Panera) at the grocery store and it was yummy.

Also, got some Pumpkin Muffins.

Great minds think alike with the Tuna dishes. I made Tuna pasta yesterday. Tuna casserole sounds yummy too!

I agree! It would be hard to cope without all the things that make life easier and more enjoyable. Every time there is storm, this is what worries me, being isolated without all these things I depend upon. Being alone makes everything worse. It is then that faith comes in, but it can be a struggle when it gets so difficult from outside forces.

Today we and my brother are going to visit my younger brother and my sis-in-law at their new home. (They moved to the beach.) They are putting together a seafood menu with lobster, etc. It's the first time we see their new home. It's going to be an exciting day away from the drab chores.

I hope you enjoy your weekend. I may have some Dark Shadows on my schedule this weekend.

This sounds like a productive day. I am trying to get myself organized to get motivated so I don't accomplish much so far. Did go to Goodwill and make a donation and ran an errand. Otherwise, watched a lot of youtube. Too much!

Gosh I remember those Friday night dances when I was in high school. Those were fun days. I don't think I have the energy to be young again!

The thing I notice about Fridays these days is that they always seem to be running into each other. It seems it was just Friday and here we are again.

Women, Solitude, Essence

Prompt:"Women need solitude in order to find again the true essence of themselves. " Write about this in your Blog entry today.

Women need solitude to think and plan. I rearranged my China Hutch four times since I have had it. I am thinking about how to scrapbook my pictures Mom had. Women think about what to cook for supper. We think about how to make ourselves, husband and others happy. We enjoy life and do our best.

Essence to me is getting all dressed up and picking out jewelry. Decorating the house. My cousin says my decorations are like a fantasy. I decorate with dolls, tea pots, wolves and all kind of ceramic decorations.

I think every woman has a way of defining herself. As writers, we choose a different way to find solitude and define ourselves. With a little help from Jane Austen and fantasy and a good imagination, this is my solitude and Essence.
