To my beloved husband, and very best friend Eric Wharton Author Icon
You are my greatest treasure and I love you. *Heart*

I am happily married and my life has been abundantly blessed with a wonderful loving family. My blog is about the tapestry of two lives that God has permanently woven together by His love and our journey through our many trials, triumphs, and the God-size miracles we have witnessed throughout our daily lives with our strong faith in Christ.

Hanging out with a three year old helps me to take my mind off of the more serious issues of life sometimes, and can really ground me in the things that are important. Today I enjoyed my day with our grandson, and out of the blue at dinner Zak perks up and says,” I can’t go outside because I might get hyperthermia”. (It was 55 degrees outside) Where does this child come up with these things from?

Poor little fellow fell at the park and busted his lips, and bruised his gums. His rosy left cheek, and lips are swollen. His pouty lips are so lopsided when he smiles now. But he doesn’t complain he has enjoyed eating yogurt and chocolate ice cream instead of food that requires chewing.

Eric and I have a good laugh at all of the emails I received asking if we were really upset or angry with one another over my last blog post. Please know that we were truly only playing and would never ever intentionally hurt one another. Those who know us, understands we love to have fun with each other.
