WONDERING





I don’t know where I am

I’m lost in time and space

If I don’t know where I am

I could be any place

When I look into the mirror

Someone looks back at me

When I look into the mirror

I’m wondering who I see

They might be young

They might be old

But they are me

Is what I’m told

My heart tells me

Just how they feel

Happy, sad, or angry

I know that they are real
