A spiritual book I want to share.
See below. God is ours for eternity and we can go on loving Him. He is Love. God is great. God is goodness itself |
personified. He is good to us and we need to be good back to Him. Right behavior is one of our goals. Kindness with
objectivity is right behavior. Some objectivity is needed in our everyday lives. Think about it. Weren't there times when
your objectivity was called for?
"My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; He is mine forever."
See below. Our Father is God. He is the Father of our souls and He is our heavenly Father. We know that God is in
charge of our lives. He is Love and that gives us so much to be thankful for. How can we not Love God back? It's
"See how very much our Father Loves us, for He calls us His children, and that is what we are." 1 John 3:1.
See below. Put the words of God into practice. That means obey the ten commandments. That is why God gave them
to us. So we would know what He expects from us. They are our goals. Christ said the greatest commandments were
to Love God and our neighbors.
"Blessed are all who hear the word of God and put it into practice." Luke 11:28.
See below. David had many fears to overcome and he overcame them through the Lord our God. God can come to us
as light. He can come to us as peace or bliss. He is our salvation. Christ died on the cross to atone for our sins. He so
loved us that He could do that. He took on our negative karma and worked it out on the cross. He rose from the dead
"The Lord is my light and my salvation -- so why should I be afraid?" Ps. 27:1.
See below. When we have God with us we are so happy we feel like singing. He can give us victory over headaches
large and small. Praise God! He is our God and we can Love Him. Meditate on God. Keep our attention on the third
eye during activities large and small.
"The Lord is my strength and my song; He has given me victory. This is my God and I will praise Him." Exod. 15:2.
See below. It is the peace felt during meditation. When first sitting to meditate, thoughts arise to steal your peace.
concentration collects those thoughts and puts them on God who is peaceful. The rest you feel after meditation is the
start of practicing the Presence of God. Bring God into your daily life.
"May the Lord of peace himself give you His peace at all times and in every situation." 2 Thess. 3:16.
