One of the goals I set for myself this year was to create a blog. There are a lot of reasons I wanted to do this.
1. I think a blog will encourage me to write more often.
2. I want people to get to know me better, and hopefully I'll know more about you from your comments.
The grammar won't be perfect, but a blog is a more relaxed type of writing, I think. I want to share my, and Sir Trevor's, adventures and lots of other things too!
Whata SpoonStealer Yep, seriously the moon. It can be downright mean. So happy you're crawling out of your flare. I'm doing better too. Yes, do try the tea!
Sir Trevor has been amazingly well behaved, he hasn't bothered with the tree. My tree shirt died so I put red tissue paper around the base to put gifts on. He hasn't touched it or the gifts. Maybe I should take him to the vet! But ribbons ~ can't use ribbons cause he eats them. Ribbons and plastic bags. Go figure.
That's super interesting River! I am crawling out of my flare. Longest ever. Moon... I totally believe it. totally. And I've missed talking to you I have been hella appointment busy and something else too
Angela! He makes teas? I will try green tea for inflammation. I will. Cat's Claw has come up a few times this week, so that sounds good too.
I have no family thus no lil kids thus no wrapping Bet Sir Trevor is having a ball. I gave my Luke some tissue paper and it was a real mess but worth a couple hours peace
Good luck with your gift wrapping. I watched my mother suffer with Arthritis, so I do have some idea of how painful it can get. Take care of yourself. Merry Christmas!
That is interesting that your pain is aligned with the moon cycles. At least you can have a heads-up then and maybe medical or herbal precautions before the full moon.
Pagan remedies would be herbal. I know that frankincense and cat's claw are anti-inflammatory herbs. Green tea is said to be anti-inflammatory as well. Eucalyptus and aloe vera are supposed to be good topicals for arthritis. Also, fresh ginger is great for blood circulation. My boyfriend makes his own homemade herbal teas, but for his tea is a remedy for his stomach and blood pressure issues.
