… and I am so excited! for over a year and a half now, I’ve struggled through some weird creative rut. Didn’t want to do any of my favorite hobbies, let alone want to write. But I’m slowly coming out of that over the past few months. So much so, that I’m ready and excited for NaNoWriMo this year! I debated for a bit on which story I would work on. I may use the idea I got two years ago from my local NaNoWriMo group. For one activity, we drew titles and/or characters from movies/shows, books, etc., from a couple of baskets to use as a prompt—like how some books are described as Title x Title (and I assume the x stands for “meets”). I drew Supernatural and Percy Jackson. Supernatural x Percy Jackson. I love it. But I’ve been struggling to come up with a plot. I’ve brainstormed lists of what Percy Jackson and Supernatural each have. It only kinda helps. I know I want at least two characters, more likely three. For some reason, one of them is a young woman named Millie. I don’t know why she’s called Millie. I’ve only heard that name in historical fiction, and it’s honestly not one of my favorites, either. I think she’s the oldest of the trio and maybe the “Dean” character, but I’ll need to watch more Supernatural to figure that out. I could be completely wrong about her. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
